I'm taking my daughter to an aquarium with some of her little friends in 2 days, and it's a 2 hour drive. I realized I don't know what I'll eat! Most everything I reheat as i usually do a bit of meal prep... I'll eat breakfast at home, but all I can think is that there's a subway on the way... we won't be back until late at night! Any ideas for a lunch and snack on the road?
All I can think is- I wish my car could hold a portable microwave lol!
Thanks!

Take sandwiches. Vegies/dip/crackers. Hb eggs. Fruit. Bags of popcorn/pretzels. Nuts. Pack it all in a cooler and it will last all day - perhaps freeze some water to keep it cold and to drink along the way.

I always have a few quest bars handy incase I cannot prep. I'd also suggest packing a small lunch bag with an ice pack, maybe cutting up mozzerella cubes and celery/peanut butter. Pin wheels are also easy! And store well!
