Great job! What did you change
Thank you! I honestly committed to an entirely new lifestyle. I'm in the gym 6 days a week, three cardio and three strength training. I also track every single thing I eat and am focused on eating a high protein diet with minimal carbs. Not Keto really, but I try to stay under 100g carbs daily.4 -

Thank you! I am very proud of my progress and its continued to motivate me to keep going! My daily calorie goal is set at 1400 by myfitnesspal and I eat mostly protein. My percentages are set at 40% protein 30% fat and 30% carbs but I actually usually get closer to 50% protein since I added whey powder to my diet. I prep all of my meals on the weekends and I plan all of my days ahead of time, usually for the week. I'm at the gym 6 days a week and do three days of hiit cardio and three days of strength training with steady state cardio.

Hey guys,
I'm just getting to the point where I'm actually feeling ready to post my before and after picture (see profile pic). In the before pic (11/29/2016) I was literally disgusted with my body. I was in such a bad space both mentally and physically and couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. Now (pic taken 04/03/2017), I'm 39 pounds down and have learned so much about staying healthy in mind, body, and soul throughout this process. I've still got more to go, but I finally feel like I've found my stride. Not ready to post to social media or show my friends and family, but I wanted to share my success somewhere, and since I have in large part my fitnesspal to thank, I figured why not here?!
Today's my first day, and you are my first inspiration in this community! Thank you & keep up the good work!2
