calorie intake

Hi I'm just wanting some advice on how many calories I should be eating a day for weight loss. I am female 163 cm, 69kg and my goal atm is 60kg. My fitness pal has me at 1200 but I guess that's just default setting. Thanks :)

    1200 is as low as MFP will go for women to allow for adequate nutrition intake.

    Try switching the settings to either 0.5 pounds per week or one pound per week to get a more do-able calorie goal.
