So I'm around 24% or 25% body fat and I want to be 19 or 20, I'm 19 years old, 150 something in weight, I heavy lift 3 times a week usually and intersperse cardio on days I don't lift, my job is basically always on my feet and I do a lot of active things (like water skiing and paddle boarding) also that i don't log as cardio or anything. I was wondering, I'm eating around 1800 calories a day, very high protein, and trying to eat pretty clean. How long about will it take me to reduce 5% body fat? and any tips on what to do?

You would need to lose roughly 9 lbs if your nutrition and lifting is on point. 0.75-1 lb/week would be a safe bet to maintain lbm. Good luck you got this0
