I have recently bought their book and tried a few recipes.
Would recommend the ones I've tried, old fashioned chicken casserole, and fish gratin were really nice. The casserole took a long time to make, but was yummy!

I have the book and watched the series. I loved the recipes I tried but I did find that the calorie information in the book wasn't right.0
