Hello MFP folks!
Here's my story:
I was logging every day for about 8 months, up until last fall. And then...I went on a fabulous vacation, stopped logging and began gaining the weight Inhad lost.
So it's now been 8 months and I'm about 25 pounds up from where I was.
I resumed old habits of eating ice cream every day (I'm talking about several servings) and generally ignoring any type of monitoring.
I've continued to exercise, but not as much, and I ditched my Fitbit.
So all this is to say I've really been in the wind and "growing out of" many of my clothes.
At the gym they're going to have a challenge using fat percentage as a measure. That starts May 1 but I want to get back on track now!!! It's time.
I don't have a big event or anything coming up, but I am inspired by a friend who lost a significant amount of weight over the last 2 years and looks great. I figure, if she can do it, I can do it (again!)!
Here's my ask from all you folks striving to become more healthy: encouragement, humor, and checking up on me every now and then
Here we go!!!
Jean
