Hey guys, Im feeling really disappointed because I can't stop eating foods that I know I shouldn't be. I am still working out but I know I've gained some weight. I don't know what to do. I was doing so well before.

I had a very hard time at the beginning but I found to make myself cabbage soup helped. Very little calories in it and filled the void most days. My problem is sweet tooth. So I just don't buy that anymore and my family is very understanding of that. It will get better. Hang in there and don't stop working out.1

The best advice I can give you is to log everything you eat every time you eat it. Once you see how many calories you're really taking in, it should deter you from overeating - knowing that it's this that's causing your weight gain. Weigh foods, measure liquids and LOG LOG LOG!1
