Different weight

I always check my weight Monday morning before eating and stuff was at 148. I usually don't check my weight after working out but decided to and was at 146 which weight should I put in

Weight fluctuates day in and day out. If you weigh in the evening.....you will weigh more than 148. In other words it doesn't matter. What does matter is the downward trend over time.0

The one at the usual weigh-in time. As noted already, weight fluctuates. If you want consistency in your readings - weigh in at the same time you usually do.1 -
