Calling All Emotional Eaters...

I need to know how you finally managed to STOP the emotional eating and reign in that behavior. I am currently suffering badly with this, and it's ruining my goals and my progress - I eat when I'm depressed, sad, angry, stressed out, any extreme feeling prompts me to eat.

Was there something else that you did instead of eating to help control the emotions and find a release?
