Hey guys, I have 3 weeks left of strong curves gg and am looking for something to follow when I'm done. I'm happy so far with the results but want to keep working that *kitten* as well as pack on some upper body size... Have been throwing in an extra upper focused workout while doing SC but feel its time to step it up a gear! Would like to work out a plan asap so I can look into any equipment needed or plan alternate exercises to suit my gym at home. What's everyone doing? And I'm not one of these lasses scared to get bulky...I wish I could- I've been trying for years and i know it will never happen! I want gains!

I do get glutes, same creators as strong curves, similar in programming. There's a new workout every month...might be worth taking a look into. I think @sardelsa did strong curves and then moved to get glutes so she might have some input as well. I never did strong curves, I started with get glutes.2

How did you like the format of Strong Curves? And did you ever do the regular Strong Curves programming or just the lower body (GG) ? I would say Get Glutes is pretty similar to the advanced program.. it is a 4 day per week full body with emphasis on the glutes, it changes every 4 weeks and is a monthly-subscription program (ie. it's not free).
It was initially started by Bret and Kellie but Bret has since moved on to his own program "Strong by Bret" which I have also heard great things about (more focus on the big lifts also with lots of glute work).
I am sure there are other programs out there, if you are looking for something similar to SC or something a little different. Obviously this thread can help you too community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you/p11 -

I did gluteal goddess the advanced 'full body' but not full body enough for me, workout. I have his book, have done the first 2 phases, on second week of the final phase. Have found it great for lower body, but have had to throw in more upper... I want all round muscle but I do want a big butt too so I'm trying to find that balance. Did think about using it as a base and designing my own plan with some extra uppers each day rather than an extra full upper workout. Thanks hun.0 -
That seems to be a common complaint for some is the lack of upper work. You can always run a program and incorporate extra glute work into it (add hip thrusts and accessories)1

I'd take a look into Thinner Leaner Stronger. Mike Matthews has a 3, 4 and 5 day program and incorporates a fairly good balance of lower and upper body.1
