Will I still see progress?

Hey everyone...
I did Wendler for about a year about a year and a half ago. I saw some really nice progress. I became stronger quickly, and I had some nice definition on my arms and especially my legs. I loved it!!! Then my life took a crazy turn, and I stopped doing it. I've put on a bit of weight and lost most of my definition. I tried to get back into weights with Stronglifts, but I wasn't as committed as when I did Wendler, and eventually stopped that too. I have decided that I want to get back to it. I miss it and don't like the shape I've become. My question is, I don't have an enormous amount of time on my hands, so I have decided to schedule it on my lunch hour 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Now I do other things too. I run 1/2 a week, I teach spinning twice a week and I teach step once a week.

Ok, enough rambling, here is my actual question. If I go in and do my main lift, and 2-3 assisted lifts, is this enough?? Will I see progress only doing that much?? I used to go in for an hour, but I just don't have that extra time anymore...

I'm going to continue regardless, but just want to know if I'm doing enough...

Thanks everyone!!
Trish

With that time crunch, I would personally go back to Stronglifts. It fits that time frame perfectly.
