Since you started working out what has been the best change in your life?
Mine is how much better I can sleep at night. I love to sleep and being able to fall asleep by 10 every night to get my full 8 hours makes me so happy and energetic the next morning!!

For me its every part. I am quite a bit older so this this whole exercise thing is the key to me feeling well, moving well and staying sane! Bonus, I look better too.

No double takes for me yet...

But my favorite part, so far, is the sense of accomplishment when I do things I never, ever, thought I'd be able to do. Like running.

That sense of accomplishment is huge, isn't it? You're doing amazing!

I owe much of my success thus far to my fantastic cheerleaders that push me to keep going when I don't really want to. <3

Sleeping much better and generally having way more energy than i've ever had before. I'm too lazy to use that energy right now but it's there just in case

I like running, it makes me feel happy. Sets my mood for the rest of the day. I wish I would get up early enough every morning to start the day by running.
