Meal timing is irrelevant. It comes down to your caloric intake and being in a surplus. Food choice doesn't matter either.0

It does matter if you're struggling to get enough food down. In my case, I spread it out as much as possible. As many opportunities to eat as I can make, including multiple snacks during the afternoon and evening. From the viewpoint of the math, it doesn't matter, as long as you can meet the goal calorie count.0
