So in two days I will be finished with 1 round of Insanity, I want to keep going, but I am a little bored of the same 5 workouts and even the people on the videos are annoying me... anyone had success continuing weight loss after insanity switching to another program, a hybrid or anything? I am really happy with the results I have had and I am eager to continue, just looking to switch it up a bit. Thanks in advance for your advice!

I'm on my second day of month 2 of insanity. I haven't seen any results physically yet apart from some slight muscle toning and having gained 4 or 5 pounds. I enjoy it, but it does get a little exhausting to do every day at that level. I actually set it up so that my last day is the day before I go back to school, so once I finish with it I plan on picking up with P90X either right after or the following week. I'm excited to try it since I really just need to tone, and I hear that strength training is the way to go for that-which is what P90X mainly focuses on. Plus since it's 90 days, it should last me pretty much all semester. After that I dunno. Maybe I'll pick up insanity again or do some kind of hybrid so I don't lose any gains from P90X0

I finish up in to weeks. At that point, I plan on moving to a heavy lifting program and giving the cardio a rest for a while. I personally plan on eating at a surplus to put on some muscle, then back to a cut (possibly insanity again) at some point in the future. Strength training is the way to go for sustained fat loss.0

Do it again and push yourself harder. Those people on the videos do it over and over0
