I would weight it before you cook it. Cooked rice can vary a lot depending on how long you cooked it for and how much water has been soaked up. Make sure the MFP entry you use says "uncooked".0

You then copy the title of the listing, such as "20051, Rice, white, medium-grain, enriched, cooked" and paste that into your food diary search field. The exact item comes up first on your search and then you select it, select your units, enter your quantity, and press the green button to be a food diary expert.0
