Hi,
Anyone here also using HASfit workouts on YouTube? Just started the 30 day beginner program and woukd be nice to talk to others who also like the Kosaks.

    Hi I have done these workouts in the past. Do you want to do the 30 day challenge together? I always start these programs but never do the full 30 days! Maybe we could help each other stay motivated?
