Tonight, I ran for a good deal longer than usual, because I CONQUERED PROPER BREATHING TECHNIQUE.
I'm so excited, I just had to share!
Also, I have discovered that barefoot running is the bomb. (Pardon my use of archaic slang.) My tennis shoes caused my feet to roll inwards while I was running, and last time I tried to use them I got pretty severe foot cramps and had to cut out any running I wanted to do during that workout session. Wearing my Vibram FiveFingers, I can really tell the difference in my foot strike and overall running form. Anybody else experience a running victory? :flowerforyou:
