Been a member for ages and been kinda trying to loose weight but kinda going the other way
Got no motivation even though I know I really should. I do ok for a couple of days then i have a junk food day and give in around the 4-7 day mark. I m sorry I'm rambling need to get this off my chest as I'm kicking myself each time think of coming back here

Hi! I've gone through cycles of gaining and losing and gaining. Then I'll work hard and have a slip up and think all is lost. I've just decided to push on. I'll send you a request and we can help one another.0
