4 meals a day

Hi

I have a problem of snacking, I am very healthy and strict when it comes to my 3 meals and even my snacks are not so bad but I snack quite a bit which maybe is what stopping my goals

Should I incorporate a 4 meals and 2 snacks a day or any suggestions on what j could take as a supplement instead

(I take a protein shake a day too)

    You just have to stick to your total daily calorie allowance.

    Hit your calorie targets...whether that's with 3 meals and snacks or 4 meals or 10 meals or whatever is up to you...
