Hello Group. Looks like a great group. I'm new but enjoy reading all the posts and hope to learn a thing or two.
Just started working out. One hour four nights a week. I'm on my fourth week and I'm very discouraged. I've gained weight and can barely get into my jeans. I will keep trying. I want to be able to wear a pair of shorts this summer without being embarrassed.
