Calories burned in exercise are being added to calories eaten

I wear a Fitbit. Most days the calories that I earn for exercise are added to the calories I have eaten, instead of added to my calorie goal. For example - my calorie goal is 1300, I have eaten 1100 calories, and calories earned from exercise is 100. I would think that my calorie deficit would be 300, instead it is 100. What's up with that?

What is your activity level set at? If you have it set at anything other than sedentary, it could be making a negative calorie adjustment if you aren't active enough.0

I'm not sure you're reading it right.
Your MFP diary page does not show your 'deficit'. Its implied by the weight loss goal you set.
If your intake goal is 1300, you've eaten 1100 and you've earned an additional 100, then you should have 300 remaining to eat for the day. If its showing you have only 100 remaining, then it must be a -100 Fitbit adjustment meaning your actual activity level (according to Fitbit) is lower than what MFP expects.
Could you open your diary or post a screen shot?0
