Traps showing some progress! I tend not to focus on numbers on the scale rather changes in my body! What r some changes you have noticed moving forward on your goals!

    Congrats on your success excellent job. I'm like you I don't focus on the weights so much because the wait is just the number it's how I feel and how I look. I started at 288 my current weight is 208 which I've been maintaining for the last eight months.

    Some of the things I noticed. I can walk with no pain, I'm not out of breath, the body doesn't ache as much, my back doesn't hurt as much. I actually have muscle definition and I'm starting to get cut which I never was.
