I personally have never done any considerable stretch on an OMAD schedule but I do know of a gentleman in one of my keto groups who did spectacularly well with OMAD in loss phase and has actually continued it into maintenance. I think if it jibes better with your schedule that's great!1

For everyone else who would have to look up OMAD, it is an acronym for One Meal A Day.4

I have the same exact start weight, and same goal weight as you! I'm 5'6, however.
I just started IF (16:8) and in two weeks have lost 3-4lbs.
Good luck to you!0 -

The idea of OMAD is very interesting, especially to a person who grazes (meeeeee). How'd you get on OP?0

i was one belongs to that category "who grazes".. but now i cannot be FAT anymore.. hating the belly jelly n lovehandles which are not so lovey dovey and hating all the bulges... Felt a little dizzy in the gym 1st day and nothing like that from day 2... but yes my tummy still begs for food but am giving it only water..0 -
Nervous!!!
Tomorrow is the day i am supposed to check my weight(week 2 on OMAD)..
I couldn't go to gym this week, was outside(roamed a lottt tho).. Had food twice on Sunday..
I am kind of scared that the scale might go up a little....
