I have decided to track my macros. I think my fat needs to come down and my protein needs to go up. I don't eat meat but I do eat fish and eggs. Much of my proteins comes for those and cheese and tofu, nuts, etc. Given I want to up protein and lower fat I am thinking of getting some protein power.

Any guidance? Suggestions? re: what to look for? what tastes decent? Hoping to finally get that vanilla shake I want daily ;)

Protein is basically broken down all the same way by the body. Some absorb faster, but they are all broken down to amino acids. So any whey protein will do, however I do believe the quality from the manufacturer counts. I choose Optimum Nutrition since I know they manufacture their own products here in the US and look for quality raw materials. Other sellers have a 3rd party manufacturer make and package their products, however since making money is the number one goal for the seller, the 3rd party manufacturer more than likely uses low quality raw materials (many from China who have no regulation) and possible contaminants in them.
Again a personal opinion for me.
