Has any just stayed within there calorie goal and lost weight

Everyone who loses weight stays within their calorie goal. Exercise can help them eat a little bit more, but weight loss comes down to staying within your calorie goal.
Exercise has other benefits though, so as time goes on you may want to consider adding some. It doesn't have to be running to be considered exercise. Swimming, hiking, walking the dog, bike rides, and dancing are all exercise.0 -
Staying within calorie goals is the only way to lose weight. As the other poster said anybody who stayed within their calorie goals has lost and I'll also say maintain as I've been maintaining for eight months.
Weight loss is a very simple equation you eat less calories than your body needs on a daily basis you will lose the weight. Exercise won't be the main source of weight loss but it has other benefits as far as mental physical and emotional positive attributes which makes the weight loss process a lot easier
