Hello I am new to this. Just looking for info on maintaining weight loss. I am enjoying counting the calories in and out and keeping track.

    You can do any work out you like, age isn't a barrier to it.

    There are people on here who started running over the age of 60 :)

    C25k is a good running starter programme.

    Hi! I've never done a message board or blog before, so this is a first. I'm restarting MyFitness after over a year's break- during which time the weight has added up. I've had multiple surgeries in the past 2 years (6!) and have spent almost half of my time in a wheelchair. I'm incredibly frustrated with my weight situation. It feels like I look at food and the weight jumps on :) I'm wondering if there's anyone who can relate to my situation. I need all the support I can get!
