Accelerating protein absorption

Hi Everyone: Is there a way to accelerate the protein absorption by the body?

I recently came across this research paper in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition Exercise and Metabolism which states that the dietary protein absorption range is 1.3 - 10.0 g /hr (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16779921) Whey protein gets absorbed at 8-10 g, casein at ~6.1 g/hr, soy at ~3.9 g/hr, and cooked egg at ~2.9 g/hr.

Assuming I consume a Whey protein shake, is there a way to increase protein absorption by more than 10 g / hour? I would prefer to use natural products (fresh fruits, veggies).

No, you cannot increase protein absorption rate. I'm not sure why you would want to or what that would accomplish. You will benefit from all the food you eat.

This is a bit off topic, but how tall are you? Your profile goal seems off for an average height man.

Good catch, hoe can you lose 20lbs and be 8% BF before and after that loss. Are you really short?
