when scale numbers really count

WEIGHTED CHIN UPS!

By far the best aspect of actually dropping scale weight is bar ability.

Currently 85kg and even that makes it a lot harder than previous lower weights.

So this a thread to post about your maxes. (vids if you have them)

    My goal is so laughable to you folks but even at my strongest ((high school) I was unable to do ONE! My goal, one I have been working towards,is to do 5!

    RIght now I dont have enough weight at home to really pack it on. I've topped out at +25lbs @ 174 BW doing 4 sets of 6-8 reps

    AmIhealthyyet: that is a good goal! Plenty of ladies can't do 1. (and for that matter, plenty of guys too!)
