Edit: I am not happy with my abs and would like to see the hard work of others for some motivation. Thank you in advance.
Also...how long do you spend each week working out to achieve your results?
Have you ever hired a personal trainer, or do you use one right now?
What motivates you to exercise when you don't feel like it?
Do you ever use 'before' photos as motivation?
Do you use resistance bands as well as weights?
Anything else you would like to add?

While working out is important and all, the true difficulty in getting abs lies in eating. You have to be spot on. Meal prep, attention to detail, and discipline. For some it comes easier than others, but it's not easy.
I don't like dedicating that much effort so, and while at times I can get visible abs, I'm certainly not ripped or anything. At the moment I'm a little softer than I've been in quite a while. But I was coming off an intentional winter bulk.0
