I was ecstatic to learn that I can throw a cup of raw spinach into any protein shake and it does not change the taste at all: just in case anyone else did not know that: and I get more fiber and good stuff in2

They all look Great I can't eat peanut butter so I use almond butter or almond flour I also like flaxseed oil and or ground flaxseed flour too0
