Hi everyone! I'm looking for friends to keep each other accountable with our wellness goals!

I'm looking to lose 50 pounds and get fit again after slacking for 2 years and gaining it all back. It's so frustrating to know how great I was doing and how I let little setbacks get in the way causing me to lose focus.

Lately, I've been feeling exhausted and I know it is due to the weight gain. So, the time is NOW for me to gain control of my life and get back on track with my health.

I started new meal plan today (minimal processed food, low carb, paleo inspired, as well as meal replacement shakes when I am on the go) and will be incorporating a more active lifestyle (coaching soccer, running on weekends, and 30 minutes of exercise (burpees, planks, squats, lunges, etc) + 30 minutes of yoga each day (15 in the morning and 15 in the evening.

I made a list of habits that I would like to make part of my daily routine. Some things are small (wear my Fitbit daily) and others are a lot more difficult for me (no soda or fast food). I want to look at this list every day and see how many of them I can accomplish until they are all habit. Until I don't have to remind myself every day to do these things.

Here is my list:

100+ ounces water daily
Take vitamins daily
Drink 1-2 cups herbal tea w/ aloe daily
Wear FitBit
Shake for dinner M-F
15 minutes of Yoga every morning & night
30 minutes of exercise M-F
Walk key biscayne bridge Sat & Sun
NO SODA OR JUICE
NO FAST FOOD

I am going to post photos and update my weight tonight (I logged in today and put a guesstimate for my weight but will confirm later).

Please introduce yourself! Share your goals! I would love to support and encourage one another.

Thanks!
Annette
