If you haven't heard of her, she is this Amazing trainer on YouTube who specializes in cardio with weights and bodyweight cardio. I never finish her class in anything less than a complete flop sweat.
Between her and Leslie Fightmaster of Fightmaster Yoga (also YouTube) my body is the happiest it's been in a Long time.
