I gained my weight back that I lost.
I really want to loss again.
But I'm trying to stop making bad discussion on eating. But not working.
I can not stop myself from eating the wrong things and way to much of it. Help!!!

You need to have a calorie deficit to lose weight and then have calories in = calories out in order to maintain. Neither of those require that you eat, or don't eat, certain things.
My suggestion is that you log everything that you consume for a couple of weeks without changing anything so that you can gather some data. You can then look back through to see where you might eat smaller portions and/or make satisfying substitutions. Don't try to change everything at once.
The closer you stay to your normal way of eating, the easier it should be to lose the weight and keep it off.1 -
I just get so upset with myself. Cause I lost 20 lbs
And gained it all back. After my running injury in 2014. After that I just don't know what to do .
I just had knee surgery march 1st. So I'm not back in for cardio yet. But I'm hoping I can start riding bike. No more running.0
