Hello! I'm a former yogi who can no longer practice due to knee damage. I have gained about 20lbs since quitting, but I have recently decided to get off my behind and change that. I discovered water aerobics and swimming. Even though I've been a vegetarian for 10+ years, I've just started eating healthier again. Hope MyFitnessPal will keep me on the right track. ❤
