Trying to lose 25!

I am new to the app. I need to lose 20 lbs, want to lose 25lbs. I have a type of arthritis that kept me inactive for 6 months! Now all I have is fat, and the muscle I used to have is gone.☹️. I am following the Wahls Protocol for eating. I joined a gym recently, and now that the weather has warmed up I feel good enough to be active every day. I'm hoping to strengthen up before Fall.

    I want to lose 25 lb same as you !
    I lost almost 10 lb during last 2 months but something happened and I could not control myself and gain all of them back , although my size has changed from past 4 months that I started my journey :)
    I understand best exercise is HIIT , you can use 8fit app , but the most important thing is diet for losing weight and counting calories is a most.

    Losing 25 lb fats is not a big deal :) , let's do it !
