Hi! I'm a 37yr old mother of an 8yr old boy. I've always struggled with my weight and about 2 yrs ago was able to lose 48lbs with healthy eating and exercise. I've since gained 30 of it back and am very bummed with myself. I've started MFP and 1 mth in I've lost 11lbs. I want to lose at least 60 more! I'm having trouble staying focused with the exercising. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm a great coach, I just don't take my own advice.
