    I used to have this dream when I was a teen where I would get trapped in this particular elevator and it would free fall. I'm scared of elevators because of that.

    Fear, as in really extremely taking action against that thing fear, is occupied by a class of winged insects called "wasps". Yellow-jackets and red wasps are the malevolent agents of that fear and against those wretched vermin my eternal war is waged. They must be destroyed.

    I don't like snakes. And I had a nightmare after seeing @Motorsheen & @ValleyHooper snake pics. I woke up screaming. There was giant snake in my garage. I woke up yelling for my husband to get a shovel and smash it.
    And I also fear crocodiles. I don't fear spiders. I actually like to catch them in jars. But this morning I smashed one black widow. :s

    Found a new fear today. Apparently my kid (year and a half old) thinks it's fun to try to eat rocks. Today at the Easter egg hunt he got loose, ran off, and nearly choked on one. That was about the scariest thing ever.

    I get that. But why, exactly? I'm pretty sure when the aliens arrive they will exterminate us in order to inhabit our biosphere...but why wouldn't they arrive here?

    We send out signals. That seems really dumb.

    Sure, we send out signals to each other all the time and it works out great. But alien life...mightn't be even humanly recognizable as life.

    That mightn't be the sort of thing you want to talk to.

    Worst day ever would be, being trapped in a car with a spider(big one) while there is cloud to ground lightning and bumble bees swarming about. :'(
