Activity level

I need advice on my activity level for my calories. I work in a chocolate shop making chocolate. 5-8 hors a day. I'm on my feet all day. I lift heavy trays throughout the day moving them from one side of the shop to the other. I'm also always holding chocolate molds which are about 1.5lb but held continuously (which is really tiring after a couple hours). Is my job active or lightly active?

I would probably set as active and then not log any additional exercise (I would still do it though) or eat back any calories for a couple of weeks and see how that works. If I wasn't losing I would most likely drop it to lightly active and try that but I would probably go with active unless your breakdown is 90% standing still and 10% moving.

Set it to Lightly active at the very least - you'll know in a few weeks if you need to up your calories more. Only log purposeful exercise on top of that.
