Question says it all. Do you like it? Does it work for you?

I do it 2x per week. It's done a lot for my upper back. I've done a lot of mat as well, reformer has significant advantages.
But what really makes my current reformer sessions is the teacher. She's very strict as to form. I've spent a lot of time doing Pilates. You need an instructor who demands proper form in detail. Without correct form the moves are just choreography. True for mat or reformer.1 -
Looking at your question again, it works for me, but my goals may not be yours.
I have a bad shoulder that I need to keep after by working the muscles around it.
Now I'm aiming at my hips.0
