Hi everyone. I am hoping to lose 4 stone. I'm down 10 lbs at present46 more to go. Healthy food recipes and tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Great start! We make a lot of stir fries (chicken or steak) with LOTS of veggies and I will measure out only 1/2 cup or 1 cup of rice. Actually I really suggest measuring most things and having a food scale. It was really easy for me to over do it on stuff like meat, cheese(higher calories per ounce). I still eat all sorts of food, I just make sure most meals are well rounded and I really watch my portion sizes. Sometimes I try to eat a snack that has more protein in it so it lasts a bit longer and helps my muscles recover. I try to limit sweet, although I just can't make them completely off limits or I would have an addict binge on them. And on days I know I will indulge in a small treat, I just sweat a little more. :-)1
