    Don't use physical activity as a punishment for something you perceive as wrong. Physical activity is awesome, beautiful, calming, strengthening, happiness inducing thing :)
    Don't use it as a bad thing, because your brain will start to hate it.

    You haven't eaten much above your limit, you should be proud of yourself. It's quite awesome result for a day!
    Be happy for it, don't stress about it.

    It's your binging addiction that is hoping to find an argument for another binge. Do not listen to it. Just keep doing what you're doing, you're doing great!
