Introduction/where I'm at

Hey guys my name is Clyde, I've been working out for about three years now. The first two were not very serious, mostly just to gain strength and muscle mass. In the last three months however I have taken my fitness to a whole new level. This summer I am participating in my first triathlon. I am also participating in Christian Guzmans 90 day summer shred. I'm currently at 150.4 pounds and my goal is somewhere between 140 and 145, whichever shows my core the best. I'm always looking for advice, recipes, and especially different workouts. I'm currently having a plateauing issue, so if anyone has a good chest or arms burn out routine. Send it to me!!
