Climbing stairs . . . not sure how to figure out calorie burn.

So, on my lunch break I climb stairs in my office building for exercise. 38 flights at the moment, 20 stairs per flight. The MFP entry for "walking upstairs" is based on time; but this seems inaccurate to me, since the faster you go up a flight, the more calories you burn . . . ?
Also, every other flight I go up two steps at a time. Heart rate is currently ~170 BPM at the end.

Minimum would weight x vert converted to kcal or just calories as often referred to. If running, probably a bit more.
I do over 2000 vert of stairs a day, and as with most exercise, you don't burn as much as you think you do. Hr has little to do with calorie burn.0
