Had my infusion today & am feeling so tired. Just want to sleep, but I know I need to still eat healthy & not choose convenience foods

    I get infusions too, one for Crohn's, and another for anemia/iron deficiency. Those days are long! I meal prep, and I make sure to pack my portions in containers the evening before. Makes a whole world of a difference. You could also check nearby restaurants for healthy takeout options.
