BBG - just the workouts

Hey all!

Has anyone done just the exercise portion of the Kayla Itsines' BBG?

I'm considering doing just the work-out portion, has anyone done this? If so, how did it go/what were your results? I'm eating pretty healthy now and it's working for me, things that are really restrictive don't work as well for me (consistency, I'm trying!) but I want a little more structure in my workout portion and the HIIT 30 minute workouts appeal.

How did it go?
Do you regret it?
Any tips?
