Artichokes - Nutritional Facts - what's right?

Hey MFPers... I've gone to several sites looking for the nutritional facts on Artichokes and they're all different based on 120g. Is there one site everyone goes to as the bible of nutrition? I usually compare the USDA, Nutrition Data & MFP sites, but I'm stumped on this one. I even went to the California Artichoke Advisory board, while it was close to USDA, it was still a little off..... Help!

What results are you getting? And are they all for the same product (whole artichokes or artichoke hearts)?

Yes, the all the same. Fresh, whole cooked/boiled/drained without salt, 120 grams.

If you cooked it yourself, I'd use USDA. The entries may vary a little by year (which could explain the small differences you mentioned with CA and the USDA), but it should be close enough.

Try using uncooked amounts and weigh food before it's cooked.

@ lemurcat12, yeah I was going to end up just using the USDA numbers.
@JohnnyPenso, LOL! I can't believe an Artichoke only is 120grams!
While my food diary isn't that exciting, I try to change my dinner meals up with different vegetables.
