Meh. That's how I feel as long as I stay within my calorie goals.

If I go over my fat goal I actually feel very proud of myself, and my body feels good. I set mine for the minimum because I love to eat high volume, but sometimes I don't hit the minimum. So, I get excited if I've had a delicious day, I'm happy and not hungry, and have gone over my fat goal.

Fantastic! Especially when it comes in the form of avocados and cheese. >:)

It depends on the fat. If the fat was from avocado, olive oil, seeds, nuts, salmon, then I'm fine going over a little. If it was from fried food, beef fat, cheese, chicken skin, or whole milk, then I would re-evaluate my eating plan and goals.

I could care less personally. Wish I could shut off those annoying warnings about saturated fat that MFP loves to put out all the time, TBH.

I'm only vaguely aware of what my macros are...too much hand wringing over something that's not particularly important if you're eating a nutritious and balanced diet.
