Everyday Exercise or Need some rest days?

good question and something I'm grappling with now. I ramped up from mild walking and yoga to doing low-impact aerobics, more than doubling my daily calorie burn and even tripling it on many days. But I found I got hungrier, more tired and achy. Taking rest days is important for me at this point, or maybe alternate cardio workouts with walking. I haven't figured out the right formula for me right now, but am sure I will and happy to hear suggestions.0

I've worked out every single day since Feb 8th 2012. 1 1/2 years so far. No rest days at all. Never needed one. My workouts are not easy ones either.0
