Am I damaging my body in the long run?

I train hard and long. As a National cheerleader I train 12-15 hours per week 5 -6 days a week 2-4 hours a day with little but a few drink breaks, for the past 4 weeks Ive eaten 95% clean and I mean super clean no bread processed anything pretty much all natural raw foods but my calorie totals are only coming in between 600-1100 5 days a week and 1100-1400 the other two Ive lost 4.5 kgs in the 4 weeks which I feel is great but am I gonna hit a wall or cause damage in the long run??

You said : "calorie totals are only coming in between 600-1100 5 days a week and 1100-1400 the other two". You do alot of exercise so that is too low in my opinion.

So yes, you are damaging your body.

    Eat more!

Increase your cals until you are losing a more moderate amount a week. You're already pretty light, so you should be wary about losing large amounts like 1 kg/week. Most likely you will be losing crucial bone density/muscle/soft tissue mass along with adipose tissue you think you are losing.

Plus, you are an athlete. You need to eat enough to fuel peak performance. If you do not, you are short changing yourself and cheating yourself out of achieving your maximum potential.

Don't cheat yourself - eat properly!

I don't know how long you can sustain your athletic performance, or even your health, with those numbers. Not gonna work well long term...

Over a short period of time no, in the long run it's unhealthy and unsustainable. Food is fuel, adequate fuel is needed if you want to perform at your best.
