Anyone have Primary Sjogrens? I am trying MFP to lose weight and shape up my eating habits hoping to reduce flare ups. I don't have the dry eyes and mouth yet, but the fatigue and body aches are my impediments to exercise. Walking in short trips is about my limit. Brain fog is horrible and those facial expressions from others is humiliating because I know that what I just said didn't make sense to the conversation at hand. Medications are mobic and plaquenil.
